Refund policy

Returning products starts with an email to info@vivetus.nl. In the email, please include your name, order date, order number, products, and the reason for the return. Once you have registered a return, you will receive shipping instructions from us.

When sending products back, don’t forget to include the packing slip. This way, we can process the return most easily. As soon as we have received the package in good condition, we will refund the amount to your account as quickly as possible.

 

Return Conditions

• If you received a gift from us, you must also send it back;
• The item must not have been used and the packaging must still be intact;
• The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the receipt date;
• The item must be delivered to us in good condition.

 

We cover the shipping costs

• If you received the wrong product;
• The product was delivered defective;
• The product was delivered past its expiration date.
